About the symposium

We are pleased to announce the international symposium "Origin, Evolution & Dynamics of the Earth & Planetary Interiors", to be held at Misasa, Japan, on March 18 (Mon) ~ 21 (Thur), 2019. The symposium is jointly organized by the Institute for Planetary Materials, Okayama University (as Misasa-2019), and by the Grant-in-Aid for Scientific Research on Innovative Areas Project "Interaction and Coevolution of the Core and Mantle" (as CMC).

This symposium will showcase recent, state-of-the-art developments in understanding the origin, evolution, and dynamics of planetary interiors. Contributions from the broad fields of Earth and planetary sciences are welcomed, including materials science, geophysical observations, and numerical modelling.
