To Visiting Researchers

Use of Your Personal Information

The Institute for Planetary Materials (IPM), Okayama University, would like to inform all visiting researchers that it discloses part of their personal information, i.e., name, title, affiliation, visiting schedule, and seminar on the IPM website for the purpose of public relations. This disclosure is done to make IPM activities transparent by providing society with updated information about the Institute’s research and education activities. IPM follows the guidelines set out in the Okayama University Privacy Policy and use visitors’ personal information only for the purposes mentioned above. If you wish your personal information to be removed from our website, please contact:

Research Report

All visiting researchers are requested to submit a research report within three months after the expiration of their collaborative research program at IPM. The form (MS Word format) is available on our website (IPM_report_e.doc). The report should be submitted by mail to:

  1. Report should be original (those published elsewhere are not acceptable).
  2. IPM is not responsible for any problem concerning the copyright issue.

The submitted research report will be published on our website and as part of our activity report. If you do not want your research report disclosed by these media, in relation to a patent issue for instance, please let us know when submitting your report.
